Hey Ya’ll...Alton & Aisha Shields here. Our love story started 16 yrs ago in Indianapolis, Indiana and we just celebrated our 11yr wedding anniversary! In 2022, we made an exciting decision to relocate to Killeen, Texas, where we reignited our passion for caramel apples. What began as us selling at local farmer’s markets quickly gained popularity and grew into what is now our storefront. Our journey from hobby to full-fledged business has been an exciting adventure, and we’re proud to share our love for gourmet caramel apples with the community. We recently celebrated our 11yr wedding anniversary, and now we look forward to the next decade of growing the Wycked Apple and continuing to live out our dream right here in the heart of Killeen!

Wycked Apple is more than a business ~ it's a family tradition in motion. Our son, Andre a proud student at St. Edward's University, jumps in to help whenever he's home. Our highschooler Amare, keeps the energy high and isn't afraid to get his hands sticky. Our youngest, Alivia, is already learning the ropes (and charming customers along the way). And last, but most definitely not least, MeeMaw is the rock of our shop-holding down the fort with love, laughter, and lots of smiles.

At Wycked Apple, we're proud to not just about sweets ~ it's about people, purpose, and possibility. Anthony is our very 1st employee, bringing heart, humor, and hustle to the team every day. Riyah, our incredible summer intern, brings fresh ideas and fearless energy. Together, they represent what Wycked Apple is all about: inclusion, opportunity, and making magic one apple at at time.
